During his early years on the lot Frank could not understand why some salesmen who sold the same product, worked the same hours and had all the same opportunity made one fourth the money…..it was baffling. Why the huge gap between the top earners and the bottom feeders?
The answer soon became apparent. There was a huge lack of beneficial new world sales training available. Every new salesman had been set up for failure right from the start. It was a vicious cycle with only a select few making it out.
